Global Agenda Access began development in early June and was launched on July 14, 2009. Originally slated as a simple forum project, it quickly became apparent that the site would need more than that to compete. Therefore, it was decided that the site would focus on community building by providing the technological means for community members to get their own projects and content onto the web.

While the main focus of the site is to provide a large forum, the community platform is a feature that we intend to maintain and push. This site is privately funded by its founding members, with no advertisements or other such annoyances. Therefore, we are always looking for community members to contribute in any way that they can.
